Acceptable Stay with Notable Shortcomings
carpet stains rattling air conditioning
The breakfast was satisfactory, providing an adequate start to the day.
The room cleanliness was below standard. There were noticeable stains on the carpet and dust accumulation in corners. The air conditioning unit made a disturbing rattling noise throughout the night, disrupting sleep.

efficient service helpful reception convenient location
the staff provided excellent service, i found ahmed at reception particularly helpful. he efficiently changed our rooms to meet our needs. the hotel's proximity to the expo center was convenient for my travel plans.
the fridge in my room wasn't working .
